Synopsis : Long overdue on a book delivery, stay-at-home graphic novelist Sam Tucker (OKeefe) is going through a mid-life crisis. Fearing that he has lost his youthful edge, he finds it increasingly difficult to muster the courage for his work. Sam's wife Mary (Dent) senses that something is amiss. When she begins to find what she considers evidence of female visitation, she begins to suspect Sam of having an affair with Sherrie (Mond), the provocative woman-next-door. However, Sam is developing a friendship with a fellow "housewife," his gay neighbor Jeff (Bashoff). The younger man becomes a kind of lifeline, reacquainting Sam with his creative underpinnings and reminding him of his achievements. As Mary starts to question the foundation of their marriage, Sam is forced to dig very deeply into his feelings. Only through an honest exploration of what each of them truly wants, do Sam and Mary begin to move towards more stable ground.
